Staff at the office were patient in answering our questions on the different products they recommended and confirmed what would be installed. Josh and his crew came on time. They put down a rug and plastic sheeting down the stairs. Josh set up and showed how to use the Smart thermostat. They were friendly and patient, Thank you.

Our experience with Rock Valley HVAC was great! Our central air unit stopped working over the weekend, Josh at Rock Valley HVAC stopped over on Monday and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately after 40+ years it finally threw in the towel. They gave us a great deal on a new unit and had it installed a week later! I'm very pleased with their work and how well the new unit cools the house. I will definitely be using again in the future!

Josh & his son installed my Central Air on a Saturday... very thankful because temp inside house was at 83 degrees & heat index was hovering around 100 plus

It went well. Took Josh and his helper about 3 1/2 hours to replace old AC system along with refrigerant lines. They cleaned up both outside/inside work areas. Josh was very professional and the business was very responsive to emails/phone calls.

I guess I gave Josh a mess. He was able to clean up all the wires and remove what i didnt need. He was at my door 20 minutes after the call.

Great service! I had an issue with my furnace blower that started to make a lot of noise. Josh inspected the blower and recommended I replace it. It was an ECM motor and quite expensive. Josh told me that it should be under warranty and contacted the manufacturer for a replacement motor. I did not have to fill out any paperwork, Rock Valley HVAC took care of everything. When he took out and removed the motor, it was clear that the shaft was not centered and rubbing against the opening... causing the noice. Josh was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. Service was professionally done and quick. Highly recommended!!
