I called Terrill Plumbing and left a message at about 7:30 a.m.  At about 9 a.m. I got a call right back.  What I appreciated immensely was that Rick talked me through the issue on the phone and suggested I try a couple things before he came out to see if it would fix the problem.    I went home and tried doing his recommendations, but it didn't work for me.  I called him back, and answered right away.  He gave me a timeframe for next day service, and instructions about what to do in the meantime to avoid further issues.   

Not only was he on time, but was at my home 2 hours sooner than I anticipated, and it worked awesomely with my schedule.  The problem was fixed, and for me, the service and the fact that it was done right gave me satisfaction and piece of mind.  Very personable, very nice, and very professional.  After getting a non-committed commitment from another provider, I am certainly glad I worked with Terrill.  I would DEFINITELY use them again!

Please read description of service. I really liked Rick's prompt, friendly attention. He made himself available quickly and even came earlier once as a prior appointment was canceled. I tend to be a little uptight when things go wrong, but he made me feel very comfortable that things could be put back to normal. He's a laid back guy, not showy, just down to earth.

Although he did not do any major renovation, I appreciated his work and would feel comfortable trusting him with larger jobs. Just make him explain what he's doing and why.
