The service tach showed up right on time. Turns out my furnace fan was not set correctly. Then he checked the a/c unit. He stated that is over charged with freon. Twice he released some freon to bring the temperatures and pressures into the normal range. The servcie tech then stated the system was not evacuated correctly and that mostly likely had moisture left it in it. He stated I would need a filter added, evac the system and refill. This sounded expensive so I did not follow up.

I wasn't 100 percent happy with the work they did and that's why I haven't called them back. I am in customer service and I feel that you have to treat your customers very well. The technician made some comments that were off color and inappropriate. If you know what you are talking about and they can't buffalo you, then I would say to call them but if you don't know anything about a/c and heating, I would advise you to be careful. I didn't think they raked me over the coals on price. I wouldn't use them again.
