Heating and Air Conditioning Service
I worked with Quality Climate and Heating through my home warranty and they were extremely slow to get out to complete service, to put in reports, or to respond to me at all. It took 2 months for me to eventually have to get transferred to a different vendor. The technician was friendly and good, but the owner is unreliable with contact, follow up, and actually resolving any issues. There was absolutely no urgency is resolving my AC issues in the middle of the summer. One of the most frustrating vendor experiences I've ever had to go through.
