+ -1 moreHe is phenomenal and Rod is a nice guy. He has spent time with us and he didn’t charge us for it. When he told me that, I almost fell out of my chair because he spent some time with us, discussing the issue. He's also talked to the county building inspectors. He's done a fair bit of work. It was hard to get with him initially because he was working on another project. But I wouldn't let that detract from using him.
Description of Work: We used Rod Molitor at Preferred Home Repair for a problem we have in our basement. We haven’t finished the project yet. He came out in December to discuss the problem.
