The originally gave me a quote much higher but I had them scale back the project so it would come in around 9000. We got a late start in November 2011 and had to stop due to weather. They started again this spring and finished Mid April. The finished product looks good. I really like the unilock bricks. The quality of the installation is average to above average. The crew chipped the window when they were cutting the bricks. I should not have paid them until this issue was addressed as now he does not seem to be willing to address it after several calls. Also in order for me to get reimbursed by my bank ( I'm using a construction loan). I need a lien waiver. For some reason, he has promised several time to email it to me and even deliver it to my house. It has been quite a while and ive yet to see it. I cannot figure out why this might be the case. His design was very good , the execution good. His follow up on issues unexeceptable. Therefore I rate them a "c" and advise folks to use them at your own risk. He says there is a lifetime guarantee , but I doubt they would ever return your call to fix anything based on what I have experienced. I would look elsewhere first. I even told them I'd like to give them a good review but I'm unable to based on their performance.

These people were wonderful. Each staff person was enthusiastic and polite. All along the way they asked if the work was going the way we wanted. They spent all the time needed to do the job the way we wanted it done. Then they cleaned up the driveway! One top of that, after the first rain, they came back to make sure everything was draining as it should. They were prompt with their estimate and initiation of service. I can't recommend them highly enough.
