+ -1 moreTerrible experience with this company. Tiles uneven, grout lines uneven, gaps between transition strips, hi/low areas of grout, thinset sticking thru every grout line. When I tried to reach a resolution with the owner, or just simply get my money back, he repeatedly went back on his word and eventually just stopped responding altogether.
