Jerry'S Sewing & Vacuum

I got a Jason vacuum cleaner from Jerry'S Sewing & Vacuum, I traded in a Kirby. He gave me a little bit of a trade but then I talked him into some accessoried and he just really doesn't like Kirby's and I took it in to have the cord repair and he went into a sales pitch which was fine because I needed to get rid of the Kirby because it's too heavy for me. I like it a lot and it really does suck-up a lot of cat hair.

I called as my sewing machine had a problem, which I thought was really something simple. They said there was at least a 3 week wait. Then they said if it was simple to bring it in. Thirty minutes later I was in the store, machine in hand. They had their repairman take a quick look at it and he had it running in 5 minutes. He told me what the problem was, how to fix it if it happens again, and I paid and was out the door. He even brought it out for me to try out in the store to make sure it was working. They were professional, quick, polite, and so so helpful. I was so glad I drove the 22 miles to take it in. I didn't have to wait the 3 weeks, and I can use it at home tonight already.
