The estimate was higher than what it ended up being. At first it looked like some wood would have to be replaced but as they got into it, that wasn't the case. When they gave me the total over the phone at completion I had to ask them to repeat it because I couldn't believe it was so much lower than the estimate. Because of our busy schedule and work hours we weren't able to pick the camper up right away and they were very nice about us leaving it there for another week or so. I did go out and pay the bill and take a look at the work. It looked great! When we were ready to pick it up I just called that morning and they had it out and ready for us that evening. Over all they were very pleasant to deal with. We did have to wait a week or so after the estimate to get the work done because they are busy but they told us that up front and it was worth the short wait.
