I have used this auto service for more than a year now. The work is completed well and the times given for completion were accurate. When I have had problems with the car they were prompt in calling once the problem was found and estimates were accurate. Return calls were done promptly. Recommendations for after-market parts vs. dealer parts were made and rationale for the recommendations was clear. There is no up-selling, but if something I didn't identify is found during the service, they promptly call and discuss it with me. They remember my need for a loaner car and schedule when they have one available.
