It started great as soon as the checks were signed Jay was univalable. His crew is a sub-contract crew. No matter what is said or what vehilce the crew comes in they are seperate compaines.

It took about 5 times longer than it should have. It took close to two months for a small home. They would show up late and sometimes not at all. There is an area in the roof that has bump on it. They claimed that heat from the sun would smooth this out, but it has not. We have called them several times and they claim that they will be out to take a look at it. My insurance company has called them as well. They have not shown up. It is very frustrating. I have found no problems with the siding. The time it took to complete the job, the not showing up for appointments that were made, and unresponsiveness has made it lousy experience.
