Excellent. They came a day later than scheduled due to overbooking, Were apologetic about it and communicated as soon as they realized their error. Showed up on time from then on. Hardworking, respectful employees who cleaned up well when job was done.

I would like to start out by saying I never submit reviews.I was so impressed with Hand H that I feel I should let everyone looking for a roof or exterior work done know my experience. I went out and got several estimates for the work. I was totally surprised how I was treated by some of the contractors. I am a fireman and treat people how I would want myself or my family treated. This apparently is not common practice with some contractors. I will leave it at that. I called Hand H and he came over and looked at my roof and confirmed it definitely needed complete replacement. He walked me throught the whole process and how everything would go. The only thing I needed to worry about was what color shingles I wanted. The day came to put on the new roof and I was leaving for the weekend to go camping. My roof is quite large and steep. He said when I got home Sunday afternoon I would have a brand new rooof ( I was quite skeptical) I returned home to find a brand new roof!! It was a great job! The weekend had reached over 100 degrees on top of being a big roof. I called Dan and told him how great it looked and he personally came over to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I found out that a large porch roof on my house had 3/8" plywood and he said they tore it all off and put down 1/2" plywood because it was just too thin. He said the only way they do roofs is the right way and at no extra labor charge to me. I meet alot of people in my job as a firefighter and I have become a pretty good judge of character and Dan and all of his employees are Top Notch!! I would recomend them to anyone of my friends or family! Thanks Hand H for a job well done!!

Dan Halbach was who helped with our roof. He knows his products very well. Is very trustwothy and honest and wants to make sure you get what you need at a reasonable cost. He let us know about all the great warrantys. We scheduled the date and time for our new roof. A few days before he stopped by to let us know what exactly was happening and how we should prepare the inside of our home. Two days later the Hand H team should up right on time and were very respectful. We were told the job would be done by the end of the day and it was. Yard was completely cleaned up and the roof looked great and the yard was so cleaned up we couldn't tell they were even there. Hand H Exteriors is an amazing company with great products, great prices and great workers. Call Dan he knows his stuff!
