I had "Joiz" Joyce B Shaffer a stylist at the salon. I wanted to go red with my hair color with some llighter highlights. It was a dramatic change for me since naturally I'm a darker brunette. She took in consideration my skin tone and asked tons of questions as to what I was looking for. We looked at tons of sample colors in the salon light and she also took me over into the natural light to make sure I still liked the color. I think that was pretty nice cause everything looks so different under those salon lights. The color came out beautiful, exactly like I wanted and it looks amazing with my skin tone, very natural. She then trimmed my hair and that turned out great too. I was extremely happy with the whole experience and I will definitely be going back there.
