Congress Radiator & Glass Works had a good price and did good work.

Absolutely worst experience. The day I called to have someone come out, there was snow coming down and reports of a storm so they agreed to do it but for an extra $120, I told them that I could wait till the next day and we scheduled the appointment for 8:00 am-8:30 am. The next day came and went, no call, no show and no answer at their company. They had shut down for the day without cancelling appointments. The next day, a technician called me and asked where I was and that I needed to get to my house immediately because he was there waiting on me. When I told him about the previous day appointment he blew it off and told me what hours he could come which none fit my schedule. I finally worked something out and he came the next day, he left the blinds wide open so the whole neighborhood could see all of our things and tracked mud through my house. He was very rude when he called to let me know he had ordered the glass and was unsure when he could come back to put it in. My husband called over a week later to see if it had come in and he told him "oh yeah, it came in a while ago". When he came to put the glass into the window, he yanked on the wood so hard the framing cracked in two places to which he stated "I can fix that for another $450". My husband made him leave and called the owner who was very rude also and said he would eat the cost of the glass as a favor to us but would not fix the window frame. Some favor. DO NOT do business with Congress.

It went well, the glass is nice with a blue tint and beveled edges and the work was completed in short order.
