System was checked. Actual problem was not found but during the check, power was restored. Technician was very professional and courteous, as was the receptionist who answered my original phone call.

They arrived on time, did the wiring in a professional manner, and when completed, cleaned up the work area afterwards.

Upon moving into our home, we discovered there was no wiring for an electric dryer. I called Carroll upon referral from our relocation company. The person who came out to survey the problem and provide an estimate (Jody) was extremely professional and up front about the difficulty of the job and the pros and cons of putting in the wiring vs. buying a gas dryer. He guessed they would have to open up the drywall in a few spots in our basement in order to run the lines to the box. The two men that did the install were also very professional, as well as very punctual and polite. They got the job done in less time than the original estimate, and they were able to avoid cutting the drywall. They also were able to combine a few circuits on our box to free up room for the dryer, saving the expense of adding a tandem box. We could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism of this company. They helped save us money, and got the job done within a day of my request for service. Outstanding- will definitely use again if the need arises!

The customer service aspect was wonderful. The timeliness was unbelievably good. The gentleman on the job couldn't be more pleasant. They went out of their way when there was a problem and he came on his own time to fix it. They are an A+! You don't get any better.
