I contacted Matt early this June because I had squirrels living in my attic. In September I had to contact Matt and Brian again because I now had bats in my attic. I was terrified. Brian and Matt came back and quickly got rid of the bats as well. I would recommend Bohmx Pest SVC in a heartbeat for the professional service they provided for me. Thank you. I really appreciate you. Sabrina T.

I've had several mice appearances in my home over the 2013 and 2014 winters. When I saw another one in early fall of 2015 I felt I finally needed to call someone. Bohmz Pest Svc was very professional, helpful and timely. I worked with Brian and he explained that mice come in from the outside so just setting traps or bait inside was actually not going to get rid of the issue of seeing them in the house. The solution was 2 parts. First, He set a large bait trap outside. Then I was instructed to set out bait in the basement for a couple of days to ensure all vermin had left the interior of our home. After we got no hits on the inside bait, I call Bohmz for the second part. He came over, removed the trap and then spent time filling entry points he could find around the exterior of the home. I'm happy to report we had no mice sightings this last winter! I would recommend Bohmz Pest Svc and use them again.

It took several days and two resets before any skunks were caught. Partially, this was due to rain on the first night. The second night another animal removed one trap and sprung another, but nothing was caught. The service provider did return to reset and bait the traps. Finally, one skunk was caught. Another was clearly still using the burrow, but was not caught that night. The service provider was reluctant to change out the old bait for new bait, but did do it when I insisted. After that a second skunk was caught.
To ensure that all the skunks were caught, the traps were reset and left in place. The next day, the traps were untouched, but a woodchuck was seen entering the burrow. There were clearly no more skunks, but the service provider put in different bait for the woodchuck. Two nights later, there was no sign of the woodchuck & no one was using the burrow (a plastic bag stuffed in the entrance showed if anyone went in or out). The next morning a third skunk was caught in one of the traps. This skunk had not been in the burrow. The service provider suggested it was "in the neighborhood."
All that is well and good, but the service provider was not only expensive to start with, but originally quoted an inspection price and "$60 for removal." He did not say "$60 for removal of each skunk." So I assumed it was $60 for all removals. On top of that was the fact that the third skunk would not have been caught except that he did not clean the traps or switch the traps after the original skunks were gone. The woodchuck bait was just put in the same traps. I had noticed that some of the skunk bait was also in one of the traps. That is the trap that caught the 3rd skunk.
There are skunks in the neighborhood. It was not my intention to trap all of them, but only the two that had burrowed under my step. I feel that 1) the provider should have made his cost structure clearer (other companies cited an initial fee and a removal per skunk fee), 2) I should not have been charged for a third skunk that was attracted to these traps because of the bait but would not have come to my property otherwise.
I paid the bill, but I would not recommend this company or use it in future.
