Most parts great; some parts not so great - Do not think it is proper to agree to one price and then slip in an exorbitantly high bill midstream once the work has begun. Not cool; not right. I did let Benjamin know; he wasn't moved. He does do nice work but communication is poor even with all of the technology. Having the bill go up $530.00 midstream and become a $2,010.00 job doesn't feel good. I paid him; he did a nice job but I would NEVER recommend hiring him directly. He needs to go back to working for someone. I don't know why this piece is so hard for so many small businesses.
