I have used them for about 19 years. He has been exceptional. It is a one man show and he is a very good problem solver. Things that other people don’t think can be done, he could figure out a way to do those. He is very good at that. He is always responsive; if we need him, he finds a way to get there. He is very accessible.

I thought the service was very affordable. I was glad nothing was wrong and they were not there to try and get additional services out of me. They made no mess and were done in a reasonable amount of time.
