Accurate Appliance Repair

Called and promptly received call back. Set up a time for early afternoon and he promptly arrived as promised. It was a very easy repair and quickly done. As oven was only 2 1/2 years old he didn't see need for a new starter and fixed the wiring I had jarred loose. Problem was ultimately my fault by stacking my baking trays too high in the storage area below stove and in turn they messed up the connection. He has also worked on my dryer a few years back and same prompt, efficient, cost -friendly service. Will definitely call him again when needed.

I telephoned John from Accurate Appliance Repair mid-morning on 9/3/2014 and he promptly returned my phone call. John asked what problem I was having with the dryer and I described it as a loud, continuous, squealing noise whenever I start the dryer. He gave me an idea of what he thought it might be over the phone and an approximate estimate of what the cost would be if that was indeed the problem.

John was at my home within an hour of returning my phone call and had the dryer up and running within 15-20 minutes. The problem was just as he had expected and he had the needed replacement parts with him. He was professional, personal and knowledgeable and is able to perform repairs on most any home appliance.

John wrote up an invoice and the fee was an extremely reasonable $93.00 for the parts and labor. Most companies charge that much for just showing up to diagnose the problem. He does take personal checks at this time and left a magnet on my fridge with his contact information. 

Needless to say I had my laundry caught up by early evening.

called aar,told me over the phone what to do eg; clean out drain line,still didn't work so he came out and found a bad sensor board I am an ex-telephone and was very impress with his knowledge.

Dishwasher stopped working a year ago, he attempted to give me free advice to repair it over the phone, but it didn't work. When he came out last year, he was prompt, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. I had a different problem this year, and he remembered me from last year and was again all of the above. Plus, he allowed our dogs to be out in the house while he performed the work.
