After several years of problems, my (relatively new) boiler needed to be replaced. It finally died on Sunday evening. Monday morning, we called around for recommendations, and heard about Guy. He came out right away that afternoon. After explaining the situation, he quickly gave me a recommendation for which boiler would be best, as well as the probable reasons for the original boiler's failure, and within a few hours I had a very competitive quote. He arrived promptly the next morning to start work removing the old boiler. Everything, including a tidier job with the associated piping, was completed by Wednesday afternoon.
