They were very professional and courteous. Their estimate was extremely fair and there were no extra/hidden charges for the service provided. They were on time and got right to work. These guys are very, very good. Before the install, we had a detailed discussion at my house and went over the project in detail and did some brain storming together too. Since the mini split system requires an outdoor unit to be placed in my backyard, they came up with the idea to mount it up high so the kids and dog won't accidentally run into it. Without our brainstorming session, I would not have thought of that. When my AC is ready to be replaced, I won't hesitate to be calling them back and no one else.
