GREAT I would use them again

We had a good experience with them. There was a problem with one of the part s that we used and they came back and replaced it. They did not charge us anything the second time.

They were very responsive. They came out within days of my first call because we really needed it done fast.

All went very well. This is the second time that I have used PMW Electric, and both times have been wonderful experiences. They explained costs up front, they were timely, and they were willing to put in the effort required to complete the job. Regarding the landscape lighting, I had them out in January, and we had to walk around the yard to troubleshoot and figure out where the problem occurred. The repair will need to be completed in warmer weather as it will require ground work, but the electrician was able to isolate the problem and leave me with most of my lighting working, aside from just the problem fixtures.

There was a mix up in the time of arrival. I had asked to come in late afternoon and call me at work place one hour before arrival, so I could meet him. I was called at 8:30 a.m. So that was a slight inconvenience. Arrived promptly and was very courteous. Walked through each item I had requested to be checked, was very professional and thorough. Quickly found problems with electrical problems in den and garage and fixed them. I thought price was reasonable and fair, based on other prices I had received when I asked. They got all the information they could up front, to make sure when the technician came he was prepared to fix problems. This including obtaining permit from City for adding outlet. I was very impressed.

We had our new home built, but we did not move in right away. This company really did a wonderful job. Everything seems to work very well. After we moved in, we were contacted by this company as a follow up to make sure everything was ok. We felt that they were very friendly. That was very professional of them and overall good business to call us back. We have had no problems with any part of their services. We paid the entire bill to the main contractor.

There was one slight problem as one of the lights kept on going on and off. I called them up and they came out immediately to attend to the problem and fixed it. After that, nothing else went wrong with anything. I am very pleased with the work and feel that they did a good enough job to recommend to anyone. The cost was included in the building of our home which was $200,000.

My builder had hired them to run the electrical wires. We had no trouble at all with their workers. All of the work they did is up to code. Everything works well, so we have no complaints here. I don't know what the cost was since the builder paid all the subs for us.

We paid one full bill to the actual main builder. When the home was completed we had a final walk through with the builder and the electrician. He answered all of our questions. He seemed very friendly. He was very polite. He gave us some pointers and some ideas he had for things we might do in the future. We have had no problems with their services.

There were no problems at all with the work that was done. This company made sure to clean up all of their mess and finished the work on time. They were very friendly and have reasonable rates as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

The workmen were professional and cordial. They also arrived on schedule. They had to go through the attic to install it but left none of the expected debris behind for us to deal with. They were a bit pricey, but the work was excellent and worth every cent. It has been nearly two years, so I do not recall exactly what we paid, but it was somewhere around $250. We are happy with the fan and the company. We would recommend them.

I am a teacher so I am pretty good at grading. I would give this company all A's except for on the quality of their work. I would say that cosmetically, they could improve slightly on their work just so it does not look so rough around the edges. I really had no major problems or complaints with this group.

FINALLY, AN HONEST, HARD-WORKING, PERSONABLE CONTRACTOR! YIPPEE. ALL APPOINTMENTS WERE ON TIME. WORK WAS SATISFACTORILY COMPLETED ON TIME. ALL OF MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED COMPLETELY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THE ELECTRICIANS WORKED WITH ME ON EVERY ASPECT OF, WHAT TURNED OUT TO BE, A TRICKY JOB...4TH FLOOR WALK-UP, NEW CONDUIT RUN THROUGH CLOSETS IN FOUR HALLWAYS. THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY. THREE OTHER FRIENDS HAVE ALSO USED THEM AND BEEN VERY SATISFIED

THE ELECTRICIAN WAS ON TIME, GAVE ME A COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK BEFORE HE STARTED, AND GAVE ME A FLAT RATE ESTIMATE. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED AS DESCRIBED AND HE TOOK THE TIME TO CLEAN UP THE AREA WHEN HE FINISHED. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND THE ELECTRICIANS PROFESSIONALISM.
