Great. They are punctual and get me what I need.

Promptly delivered the soil to the location I requested on my property. The driver was concerned that he would leave ruts from the tires. But I expected this as the lawn was soft. Had 20 yards of blended soil delivered. Plenty to fillin the the ruts, as well as the gardens.

They provide quick delivery.

This is the first time I actually went to the physical site of the company. The women in the office that day were very helpful and professional. However there is one woman who answers their phone periodically that is not "Customer Service" oriented. When and "if" she answers the phone, it is quite difficult to get information. Having dealt with this company over several years, I have learned to ignore her rudeness and lack of responsiveness.....the companys' drivers who deliver products (such as mulch /soil) are all excellent...as are the other female company members that answer the phones.

Every time I have dealt with this company, they have delivered correctly the quantity of product and type of product ordered. The "delivery" people are very "service oriented" and prior to dumping the soil or mulch, will knock on your door to ask exactly where you wish for the quantity of product to be placed in your yard. They are very conscious of not hurting or destroying plants or making ruts in your yard with the placement/dumping of the delivered material. They also are very cautious of tree limbs that can be affected when their truck bed elevates into the air to dump the soil/mulch and have always discussed this problem prior to any dumping episode. The telephone answering staff are usually very pleasant. However this year I did encounter one individual who was having "a bad day" answering the phone. All other times I have not encountered anyone answering the phone who was not extremely polite and helpful. Delivery is always on the day that they say that the soil/mulch will arrive.

They were very prompt, professional and did a good job. Everyone was very nice to work with. We were very satisfied.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN RECOMMENDED THE RIGHT SOIL AND MULCH. WE DESCRIBED THE FLOWER BEDS WE WERE PUTTING IN AND THEY ALSO HELPED US DETERMINE THE AMOUNT OF MATERIAL. IT WAS DELIVERED ON SCHEDULE AND THE SOIL AND MULCH WAS HIGH QUALITY. THEY DUMPED THE MATERIAL EXACTLY WHERE WE WANTED IT AND EVEN CENTERED IT ON A TARP SO WE COULD COVER IT IN CASE OF RAIN. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR SOILS AND MULCH.
