We hired Nick because he spend the time to educate us on all of our options for getting the right windows into our 1920's house.  We wanted to balance ease and function and low maintenance with a beautiful historically accurate look.  He helped us navigate all of our options.  He installed them beautifully and was clean and kind.  Just a nice guy to do business with.  We had him back and will hire him in another few years for round 3.

I purchased a storm door and arranged for Nick Washburn to install it.  The store proprietor called Nick and told him the door was ready for pick up.  I had Nick's email address from when he had measured the door earlier.  This was not a "big box" store, but our local store that sells doors and windows. Nick called me to set up an installation date.  He was very prompt and did a great job.  He spent about 1 1/2 hours installing the door.  He caulked the doorway nicely and installed the new trim.  He explained how the pump closer works and how to make adjustments.  MY front door closer also needed to be replaced.  Nick didn't have one on his truck, but showed me how to remove it and replace it.  Following his instructions, I purchased a new closer for about $10 and installed it.  He had told me to call him if I needed help.  Very nice young man.
