Several things needed to be handled in my case, venting in the attic, behind the dryer as well as washer hoses. While over all pricey, 8 thought this was fair for the time spent and thoroughness of the work. I purchased my home a couple years ago - and was not completely sure of everything needed (attic)

The tech called to let me know he'd be 15 minutes late - I appreciated him keeping me updated so I knew they were on their way. Once here, he was polite and courteous. He explained what he was doing and showed me what he was doing. I was happy to see that he cleaned up the laundry room and left it clean as can be. Now the dryer is working well once again!
