I give Andy A grades all across the board. If I could grade higher, I would. He arrived shortly after I called and found the trouble in both appliances quickly. Andy protected my floors at all times from both tools and appliance pieces, vacuumed as he worked and left the place cleaner than it was when he came in. Repairs were done well. Andy is very personable and I felt comfortable having him in the house although nobody else was home at the time. I would definitely hire him again.

Arrived on time. Removed shoes in home. Brought padded floor protector for work area. Gave assessment of problem & anticipated cost. Cleaned under refrigerator & grill area @ bottom of unit. Replacement part ordered & provided with dates & times available for completion of repair. Very friendly & professional. Would definitely hire again.

The hinges would not relesae to allow the door to be reattached. Easy fix would have been buy new hinge/spring sets at an additionally cost. The provider went the extra step and after trying numerous times he was able to get the hinges opened allowing the door to be reattached. I give him an A+ for a job well done.

Andy came to look at our 10 year old washer that wasn't working. He'd been out to repair it several months before. This time it was a different problem. He's very thorough and honest. He knew for sure one of the problems and said it could be fixed, but he couldn't be sure that it would ultimately fix the problem long term. The control panel could be going and that would be very expensive to replace. He recommended that we consider buying a new machine. I appreciated his honesty. He could have repaired the one problem leaving us to just take our chances with the control panel.

Everything we smoothly, took less then 2 hours to disassemble the freezer, fix the problem and then reassemble the freezer. Andy was great, very funny and even made my kids laugh.

they were quick to confirm the appointments. Andy was very personable and knowledgeable. He needed to order a part for the washer, which came in quickly. Between the time that I approved the part and the time he returned to fix it, the drier broke. Because of Andy's professionalism, there was no hesitation when I asked him to look into it. I admired his honesty when he suggested that, instead of spending the money to repair it, I should replace it.

He was unable to find the root cause during the visit, we were unable to duplicate the problem while he was here. I ran it again that evening and the noise occurred. I took a picture of what cycle the machine was in and recorded the audio. I emailed it to the technician and he responded very quickly in the morning with the root cause and recommended steps.

Day 1 - Dryer problem: the dryer rattled loudly for the whole dry time. Andy arrived within the 3 hour window allotted. He was at my home for about 2 hours, tearing the dryer apart and putting it back together. He found the problem and fixed it. In the process, he broke the vent (which I understood having to move the dryer) and said he left the parts to fix it. My husband and I thought he was joking but after he left we found he wasn't joking and left the parts expecting US to fix it. I did not want to use the dryer because the vent was not hooked up and that was a bit frustrating. We were charged exactly what they quoted. He was very clean about the job and did not leave any sort of mess except the broken vent pipe.
Day 2 - Washer problem: The washing machine repeated and quot;got stuckand quot; in the middle of the wash time when it had to pump the dirty rinse water out. I tried for a month to get it to work properly via troubleshooting the error codes. I was pretty sure the problem was with the pump, but I'm not an expert. Andy came back over, tore the machine apart, was here another 2 hours and then came up and said he did not find the problem, which completely surprised me. He said he would think about it and try to figure it out. Immediately after he left, I started a load of wash, only to have the machine do exactly what it had been doing all along. I emailed Andy right away and explained exactly what happened.
Day 3 (2 business days later) - Kathy Minster called me to say Andy worked troubleshooting with the manufacturer and they agreed that there was a problem with the pump, so Andy came back to replace the pump. This took about 2 hours, but Kathy told me they would only charge me for the new part (the pump) since Andy was already here 2 days prior. This was today and I've run 2 loads of bedding which always caused the machine to error - so far so good!
Positives: Nice service tech, charged as promised, worked very clean, ended up finishing the job.
Negatives: Broke the vent and left it but taped it up after we asked about it on day 2. Should have replace the broken vent when he broke it.

We value your comments, positive & negative, as this only helps us improve our service and keeping our customers happy. We did fall short of the service we promise by Andy leaving it apart and not fully discussing the venting issues. The venting is an unusual application and is configured in a way that the dryer venting connection didn't have any excess material to allow it being moved away from the wall. He thought it was designed by the customer and that they would want to put it back together to their specifications. When I spoke to (deleted member name) about Andy coming back out she mentioned that her husband did not have time to put the venting back together and would Andy do that...I said he would definitely do that for them. When Andy returned he did put it back together with the original pieces and put high-temp tape on to strengthen the connection. We were not aware that this solution wasn't satisfactory and we apologize for that. Also a response on the washer pump...since this was the first time we were checking on the draining issues, Andy did clean out the pump and didn't find any obvious problems when he tested it, so he was trying to be cost effective for the customer. Tomich's let us know immediately that night that the problem still remained when they did some wash. The manufacturer advised that we change the pump even though no obvious problems were apparent at Andy's visit. We followed through with that repair at no cost and we are happy that it fixed the problem for them. Again, thanks so much for your evaluation, and we will be working harder now on direct communication with our customers to make sure that we are all on the same page. We do hope that you will give us another chance in the future to repair your appliances."
