Brad is a whiz. He is responsive, professional, skilled, pleasant, careful -- I can't say enough good about him. When he returned my phone message, I told him what I needed done and he was able to give me a quote on the phone. He said it was a 4-hour job, and he was right. The glaze on my old sink was cracked, and I had ordered the same model sink from Lowe's to replace it; so the new sink was ready for him when he came to the house. He asked me to get a certain type of caulking, which was easy for me to do. When he installed the sink, he put it in backwards to what I had envisioned (my lack of communication!); but when, after he left, I discovered the problem, he came back the same day, which made for a very late workday for him ... that's outstanding service! I also had a drain for another sink, which he installed and checked for leaks. Finally, he correctly diagnosed and adjusted four doors. I will definitely use him again.
