Good jobs done all around. They were easy to reach, listened to my needs and concerns, researched materials I'd requested, returned my calls in a timely way, and made good on their delivery schedules. Their prices are in line with others in the area, and their products have been excellent. On one delivery, the truck sunk in the sand in my driveway and the driver spent about an hour digging out. His professionalism never flagged, and the company continued to provide good services to me following that. This is an area of very small communities, and I've encountered plenty of contractors and service providers who don't bother to return calls or show up when they promise, or sometimes at all. Some are outright crooks. Because the communities here are so small, these people are often also one's neighbors, and poor service adds unnecessary tension to community relationships. South Shore provides the opposite - good service leading to good and easy relations in the community.
