Aaron was great! He arrived early and was ready to start as soon as we arrived. Throughout the inspection, he would point of issues to us and explain them in detail. He was more than willing to answer any questions we had about the inspection. In addition to explaining the problems, he would give many suggestions on how to fix it. If the seller completes our repair list, I plan to contract with Aaron to do an additional inspection.

I spent about $350. He was extremely thorough. I've used other home inspectors for other home purchases and by far he's the most thorough. Which is key to inspections.

I like the pricing, courtesy and the quality of their work. When I asked him how much more I owed him, he said I didn't owe him anything else. He just did it. This guy is topnotch. I have referred him to other people. I very much trust this gentleman.

Aaron was early and had already begun evaluating the exterior of the house, once I arrived he went over his immediate findings then climbed on the roof. After that he went thru the interior starting in the kitchen. He pointed out issues ranging from the legal code for a microwave installation height to GFI requirements, etc. Following the kitchen he evaluated the living room, dining room, checking each outlet with a meter, opening and closing the windows, etc. Upstairs, he went thru each room looking for water damage, functioning doors, outlets, windows, every thing in each room. Bathrooms were checked for water leaks, drain speed/ leaks, toilet properly bolted, etc.

The home inspection was thorough and well structured. We spent about 4 hours going through the whole house and he explained every question I had (I am superbly curious and could have a lot of questions). Being a first time home buyer added on to the curiosity but it was no problem at all. Aaron kept everything in perspective. He has good practical knowledge about the various systems in the house (roof, plumbing, codes, basement) and was able to give fairly accurate prices on work that may be needed. He clearly pointed out stuff that would be nice to have done vs. stuff that needed done. The report was about 35 pages and had tons of pictures explaining everything clearly. I am hanging on to this as a guide and will use it once I move in. Also took a few questions after the inspection with no problems. A little pricier than the other guys but value provided is good.

We needed to have our inspection contingency fulfilled by the end of the week and Aaron was able to come out 2 days after calling him. He showed up on time, went threw the entire house from roof to attic to the back area in the basement. He explained things as he went, problems that were not yet problems but could pose a problem in the near future. Very professional, very friendly, very through. We got our report I think the next day or two at most. His thoroughness made us feel very confident with our offer to purchase.
