Called when they were delayed by an hour. Set up fans. There was no residue smells. Did an excellent job on some very stained areas.

We purchased a home out-of-state and had a short time frame in order to get the house ready to move-in. Without knowing the area we went on blind faith with a reference for carpet cleaning from our realtor. Ultra Clean more than met our expectations. Jeff was able to fit us in on our tight schedule. They also cleaned two large area rugs for no extra charge. We were extremely satisfied with the great work...and clean carpets. Ultra Clean also offers duct cleaning, which we also used.
