Even with the 15% discount for being a Stellar Performance Membership Plan member, their estimated price came back almost exactly 3 times more than 5 other area HVAC companiesâ ¦which were all within $60 from highest to lowest. Joseph told me I had 16 minutes to decide (pressured sales tactics). Many other issues too. I would recommend calling around to other HVAC companies.

"Sorry to hear of your feelings concerning our experience together. You discussed what we charge. We are fairly priced compared to others in the area based on what we include in the repair and service. There are companies in the area that are charging considerably less than we charge. In fact, we are in the process of hiring one of the owners of those companies because he is tired of how hard he has been working and not earning a decent living. He wants out of the business because everyday he found his company getting further into debt. He was just trying to be competitive with other companies around him and found out he couldn't make a living at it. Additionally, when getting the prices from the other companies, did you ask them what their costs were if they were there on the weekend like we were? Were they adding in the cost of the courier to drive the part from the Twin Cities location to Wisconsin so the work could be done the same day. This brings up the fact that, if we were going to give you the "same day" service that we commit to in the Stellar Performance Membership Plan, we needed to contact the supply house right away since they closed in 16 minutes. We gave you, the customer, who is always in charge, the option of doing so, but also said it was up to you if you wanted to wait. As a result of endeavoring to provide you with the ultimate in service, product quality and repair availability, we have been given a one star rating and have been berated. There are very few companies that provide the level of service and the promptness that we provide. It is more expensive for us to offer this type of service. There are different levels of service and professionalism in companies in every type of business, whether it is retail, service or even healthcare. They each have different amounts of overhead based on the level of service they provide. Not all businesses are suited to all people. It seems as though we provide too high a level of service for your needs. Thank you for giving us the chance to serve you! We have only tried to provide you with the best exeperience and service. One last thing: Were the other five companies providing you with a lifetime parts and labor warranty on the service for which they provided you pricing? We do!"

The representative from stellar was professional and very knowledgeable. He not only solved my air conditioning probably also solved my water softener problem. I ended up purchasing a home maintenance program or theyâ ll come out twice a year and inspect all the major mechanical devices in my house. The price was less than half of what I would pay for the value Iâ m getting. This is a good company and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Joseph came out late afternoon on a Friday and took his time going over the inspection process for the AC unit and explained why he was doing what he was doing. Extremely nice gentleman and thorough. Will definitely ask for Joseph back in the future!

This was a great service. My old furnace had 3 cracks in the heat exchanger, which is quite dangerous risky of carbon monoxide problems. Joseph found the problem, specified a choice of furnaces for me to select from, and ordered it for my installation. He was totally a professional and was no pressure educating me as to what I needed. He came back to install the new furnace and humidifier. With fine technical skills, he did a terrific install and did a complete cleanup after he was done. The order was perfect, the furnace works like a dream, and I am feeling safe and comfortable with my new high efficiency furnace. I look forward to continued great service during the future maintenance support. I highly recommend this company and especially Joseph for their professionalism and competence. Great working with them.

It was a wonderful experience working with Joseph!! I called him to see if he could come out to check my furnace as it was not working, and then cancelled because it kicked back on for a bit. I got home from work and realized it wasnâ t working again so contemplated calling him to come out again but didnâ t as I had lots of other things going on. about 5 minutes later I got a voicemail from him asking if everything was still working and he let me know he was around and could stop by. I called back and he was at my house 15 minutes later. I am a first time homeowner so obviously have no idea what Iâ m doing with a furnace and he was so informative and really just the kindest man. Considering I called out of the blue and he had no idea who I was, i was really impressed.

I would recommend Stellar Tech and will be using them again in the future! Stellar Tech replied to our phone call the same night we called. Before Joseph started any work, he fully explained what he was going to do and the final price to check if he should proceed. He cleaned up after he was finished. Joe is very aware of the Coronavirus and took every precaution possible including keeping his distance and not touching anything he did not work on.

Joseph did a great job in protecting against Caronavirus spread. He wore gloves and shoe coverings while repairing our furnace. He used Clorox wipes on iPad signature surface before I signed, and went about the repair without needing me in close proximity. He was able to quickly identify and solve the problem with our furnace. Thanks Joseph for the great repair work, and for doing your best to ensure no spread of the virus.
