Roof-to-Deck Restoration

Paul sent us a letter detailing the steps he would use to clean our house and the cleaning products he would be using. He followed through on all steps. It had been more than 12 years since our house was cleaned and so there were a couple rust stains that could not be removed, but we are very pleased with how the house looks now. Paul spent about 4 hours on the job and charged us $50 less than the initial estimate. He scheduled the work within a week after we talked on the phone and arrived promptly at the time and date arranged. He rinsed clean our sidewalk and driveway.

It took a little bit of time to get an estimate but once I decided to have the work done everything moved very quickly. I had done research on the process so I knew what to expect. Paul called me the night before and the technician came first thing in the morning. He used a non-toxic cleaner and a low-pressure wash to rinse it. It's not too h****** the roof (there was some asphalt grit that got washed off) and the results are great. It took about 2 hours to clean the roof on a 1000 sq ft house plus single car garage. He rinsed the resulting debris from the deck and driveway as well. The house looks much nicer now. I would especially recommend for anyone trying to sell their house. It's a small price for such a good improvement.
