It took them a few visits to finally believe me what the problem was. I kept suggesting solutions but they didn't take my advice the first two visits. They did make it right on my bill my transferring a credit to a future service visit.

Everything went very well. Erin in the office was very helpful setting up a service date that worked for us. The installation crew arrived on time, they were very careful and clean about bringing their supplies in and out. The guys were friendly and worked hard and payed attention to details including having to redo much of our old duct work. I was more than satisfied with R & S Heating and would recommend them to others. My experience with R & S Heating was 5*

They came out to inspect all the mechanicals on the purchase we made of a foreclosed house. Through the inspection and discussion we established all needed to be replaced. They responded quickly with a quote (next day) and followed up about any questions. We agreed and with a few days they installed all the equipment. ALL DONE IN ONE DAY!! WHOO HOO! Very Clean and professional! Sales representative was very knowledgable and made us feel very comfortable with our decisions. The installation crew were very polite and proffessional. They followed up with all the rebate forms properly prepared, just a matter of filling in some personal info and mailing to the proper address. They made everything very simple.

The sales rep, Mike, was terrific. Explained everything and gave us accurate quotes. The installers weren't as great at communication, but they finished the installation in one day and everything worked perfectly. Had a little problem getting the city inspection, but Aaron in the office fixed that and the inspector said that she never has a problem with R&S installations.

We are very happy with our new furnace and especially the heat pump. R&S did a very professional job with the installation. We did have one issue with the thermostat controls. However, they came out and made some adjustments and got everything running smoothly (it was apparently a newer model of controls and something was not setup exactly right initially.)

WE HAD JUST HAD OUR SERVICE CHECKED LAST YEAR BY THE SAME COMPANY, BUT WHEN WE WENT TO TURN OUR SYSTEM ON IT WASN'T WORKING. THAT REALLY DIDN'T UPSET ME, BUT WE SCHEDULED FOR THIS COMPANY TO COME OUT AND MY HUSBAND TOOK PART OF THE DAY OFF AND DROVE ALL THE WAY HOME. THE TECHNICIAN THAT SHOWED UP WAS A HALF HOUR EARLY AND THEN INFORMED ME THAT HE DID NOT HAVE THE PROPER PART FOR THE SYSTEM TO BE FIXED AND SAID HE WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK. COME TO FIND OUT LATER THE PERSON HAD A DENTIST APPOINTMENT AND FAILED TO LET US KNOW. WHAT MAKES ME MAD IS THAT I AM IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY MYSELF AND I KNOW THAT THINGS COME UP IN OUR PERSONAL LIVES, BUT YOU NEED TO MAKE YOUR CUSTOMER FIRST AND FOREMOST.
