It was going great until our cleaner quit the owner I spoke too said she would call me to set up for a new cleaner, she never called me back, and no one showed up on Friday 7/25/2014.  I left several messages for contacting me back and she never did. They never contacted me again, when she said she would come and clean.

They were efficient, and went above and beyond my personal expectations!

They were excellent. They would definitely have my recommendation. I have nothing but high praise for them.

It was terrific and they were great. They were super, very friendly, very nice and helpful. 

You hire them by the hour. You can get them to do whatever you want and they will work till the time is up. Their price works out less expensive. I had two girls and they worked very hard and very quickly and I got a lot of work done in one hour. I was very happy with them and give them the highest ratings across the board. I would definitely use them again in the future.

My first person did very well and I Iwas originally very satisfied. It was always using the same person, but one day she did not show up and no one came to replace her.  They kept sending people with scheduling problems and I could not get a reliable time set with the same person. The gals that came never knew the hourly rate, so I never knew what to pay.  The owner seemed very understanding when I explained that I was particular and said that she was just the same way and would get me the right girl to do the job from now on. She never followed through and did not return my calls.  I would not use them again and would not recommend them.  

Went very well! Occasional minor issues over the course of the past 7+ years that are always addressed/corrected in a timely manner.
