.He warned me over the phone that he's pretty busy (he has contracts with many associations), but he came at 7:00 PM to make sure I didn't have to wait any longer than 5 days. I have to say that Bob is not a people's person: he's respectful but kinda short in his answers, so the conversation on the phone can become a little awkward.
I will surely keep him in mind if I'll need another service in the future.
