We had 6 upholstered swivel kitchen chairs on caster wheels refurbished. The swivel mechanism, and all caster wheels, were replaced. The wood arms on all the chairs were replaced with new ones Chris made; the new arms, which looked just like the old arms, made the chairs look brand new. Chris also repaired some holes in the vinyl upholstery. Chris answered my phone calls right away, and was timely in pick-up and delivery. The whole process went smooth. There was a problem with the new caster wheels, and Chris was quick to pick-up the chairs and get the caster wheels replaced. The chairs are 25 years old, and they are now good for another 25 years.
