Architectural Service
Excellent. Dennis is an artist in his spare time and it shows in his architectural design. He provided a portfolio of other projects he's designed, including a condo in DT Minneapolis, that was phenomenal and a home he designed. He is a sole-proprietor working out of his home studio (read: low overhead). I would recommend him to anyone who's about to take on a remodel or a build, but don't trust themselves or the contractor to spec out the design.
