They are very good. They have put the AC in our home and a rental property. They always come when we need them and they are reasonably priceed. They are fairly priced. We would definitely use them again.

I would give them "A"s on all of the categories.

Easy to schedule an appointment that convenient to me.  Arrived on time.  Very professional.  Completed their work and cleaned up.

Our furnace was in need of replacement. Weyer was very accommodating and was able to come out when it was convenient for our schedule. They were on time and gave competitive quote that was inline with the other 3 we had already received. We decided to go with Weyer because of the professionalism Tony showed when he came out to quote it. He listened to the needs that we had and came up with a solution that would work for us.

The installation was a breeze. They took the time to walk me thru the operation of the new thermostat and answer any questions that I had. Tony and his crew left no trace behind when they left.

I had one issue that came up a couple of days after installation. One call to Weyer, and they were back at my door within an hour or so to troubleshoot the problem. A factory part had to be ordered and replaced. They took the time to get the part and have it back and installed that same day - then followed up a few days later with a phone call to make sure that everything was in good working order.

I really appreciated the responsiveness of Weyer Heating and Air. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

It was 10 degrees out and we needed service right away. Of course it was a Sunday afternoon. We've. Never had any work done before and I went to Angie's list after striking out with Siri. Apparently you need an hvac company that reps your furnace model. Weyer and sons was not only 15 minutes away from our house, but very responsive. Had both parts in their truck and was done in a little over and hour.

They were wonderful and went over and above when we needed them!

How much good can I say? We called on the morning of the third day of our first hot spell of the summer. I knew they had to be very busy. They answered on the first ring, still had our information in their system from when we last used them 20 (yes, twenty) years ago, and they were out the same day. They provided solid advice (unit is probably nearing end of life, but should be serviceable for the summer) and absolutely no pressure for added services that we didn't need. Highly recommended.

They installed this furnace prior to our buying this home in 2001. They
have cleaned and maintained it every year since then and we have never
had an issues with our furnace. I recommended them to my mother in law,
who lived alone, when she needed her very old original 1970s furnace
replaced.
They charge reasonable prices and our annual
maintenance charge for 2012 was under $100, but I'm sure our longevity
as customers and that it's equipment that they installed has something
to do with that pricing.
They are true professionals in their trade and I am comfortable having them in my house while my husband is at work.
They are also just really nice people to deal with.

We've been using them for 19 years now. The quality and their response time, especially in an emergency, are great. Their prices are reasonable. The central air that they put in 19 years ago is still working fine.

It went very well. I was out of the country for a little while and when I got back there was no heat in my house. My wife was not happy so I gave him a call. He actually came out on a Sunday and discussed our options. He came out later that day and replaced our furnace. I have happily recommended him to my friends and family.

They were very personable. They responded quickly. They took care of the problem. I was pleased with their service.

They cleaned the units and made sure that they were working properly. They were very professional and friendly. They explained things to me and so, it was good overall.

They were very prompt. They told me everything that they were going to do. They cleaned up everything when they were done working. They made sure everything was working fine before they left.

I called the night number and Ron called me back within 15 minutes. He said he would be there within an hour. Before the hour was up he called back and said he was going to the shop to get some parts. He still arrived within the hour. Ron quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the defective induction motor. He also checked out a noise that was coming from the blower motor and repaired that. Ron was very pleasant and informed me of everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I found my heating and A/C company.

They're very nice, easy to talk to, and they explain things thoroughly.

MY A/C UNIT WAS SEVERELY LEAKING WATER. I WAS AFRAID THAT I WOULD NEED A NEW A/C UNIT OR AT LEAST SOME EXPENSIVE REPAIRS. INSTEAD OF SELLING ME SOMETHING I DIDN''T NEED, OR JACKING UP THE REPAIR COST, THE SERVICEMAN DIAGNOSED AND FIXED THE PROBLEM, WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE RATHER SIMPLE. HE ALSO SHOWED ME HOW TO PREVENT THE PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE.
