Excellent! The showing app was a bonus to help coordinate showings. It was a pleasure working with Jim, he is full service MLS with 110% customer service and knowledge. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a sellers agent and use his service again.

We met with Jim prior to selling our house. He advised us on some simple things to help market the house. He took the time to explain his process, what websites he would be using, and what to expect. What we didn't expect was multiple showings within an hour of listing the house. Jim was always a phone call away, very seldom did we have to leave a message. When we did, he was very prompt on returning our calls. He was with us every step of the way. He does not take on more than he can handle, which shows he truly cares for and respects his clients.

Jim was very knowledgeable and experienced and provided invaluable advice to guide us through the selling of our home and purchase of our new home. Jim from Realty Solutions Group was amazing. He was extremely patient with us. As we were first-time home buyers we weren't 100% sure what we wanted. Jim took the time to explain our options and walked us through several different homes. We were VERY picky with what we wanted and we never felt rushed or pushed in a direction we didn't want to go. It took us several homes and a little over a year to find the right home for us, and it was totally worth waiting for. We would highly recommend Jim and Realty Solutions Group.
