Very satisfied with Randy's work. We have an old home and our job was not standard. He handled the difficult job with professionalism and came in under budget.

This is the third time that Randy has done work for us. The first time we met him, we could tell that he is a trustworthy and honest professional. I know Randy is capable of the larger remodeling jobs but we continue to call him for miscellaneous repair and replace jobs and he is always responsive to our needs.

He removed all of the tree and removed too much of the rose tree. He pressure washed the back side of the house and broke the flashing. He also cracked open the trim on the inside of the home. He was very pleasant, and prompt. I have had no contact from him since the winter time, but he did say to give him a call. He did not do a great gutter cleaning job.

"I HAVE MANY SATISFIED CLIENTS AND I REGRET THIS ONE WAS NOT. UPON RECEIVING THE MEMBER'S E-MAIL I CALLED HER AND DISCUSSED THE MISUNDERSTANDING WITH THE ROSE BUSH. I FOLLOWED UP ON HER OTHER ISSUES WITH AN E-MAIL STATING I WOULD BE HAPPY TO MAKE THE REPAIRS (EVEN THOUGH I WAS UNAWARE OF HAVING MADE THE DAMAGES). AS IT WAS DECEMBER WE DECIDED IT WOULD BE BEST TO WAIT TILL THE AFFECTED AREAS THAWED OUT, THEN AS WAS REQUESTED, I CALLED A COUPLE OF DAYS AHEAD TO SET UP A VISIT. ON THIS CALL, AND ONE OR TWO SUBSEQUENT CALLS, I WAS TOLD SHE COULDN'T TALK. ON THE LAST CALL I WAS TOLD NOT TO CALL BACK, THAT SHE WOULD CALL ME. I HONORED HER REQUEST AND HAVE HAD NO FURTHER CONTACT WITH THE MEMBER."

THE $35.00 PAID FOR WORK IS A PER HOUR CHARGE. HANDYMAN RANDY IS NEAT, ORGANIZED, DOES GOOD WORK, HONEST, AND ENJOYABLE TO WORK WITH. I HAVE HAD HIM BACK MULTIPLE TIMES FOR DIFFERENT JOBS AND AM HAVING HIM BACK FOR MORE JOBS.
