"I am sorry that the Electrician sneered at you and that it cost you $90.00 to have them only spend one second resetting your GFI outlet. I can assure you that I solve many similar problems over the phone for many customers weekly. I would like you to know that you selected the wrong Electrical contractor when you chose to write this review. We absolutely were not the company that took or responded to your call. I make and set the appointments and I would remember your name and I do not. Also, we have a one-hour flat fee that includes the first hour of work $150.00 with each additional hour worked $100. So no one of my staff would have eve."

"No good deed goes unpunished! So the saying couldn't be more true than in this case. You called me because your first Electrical Contractor backed out on you. I guess his radar was more in tune with you than my own. Its true we jumped on the job as soon as it was ready. Its also true that we came back after to do the finish electrical after it was ready. No problems between either of us. All was good. But then you learned that you needed to have your existing fire alarm system extended and wired into the newly remodeled space. So you called me and asked if I could do that kind of work and I said yes we do. A week goes by and then you contact me and ask me to be their the next day to do the wiring. I said I wasn't sure if we had any availability because we started a large job and all the guys were working on it. I asked you if you could wait until tomorrow so I could have some time to see if I could pull a guy off the big job for you. That's when everything fell apart. You blasted me for not jumping to meet your needs and you criticized me for how I run my business and for agreeing that I could do the work in the first place. I tried to explain that the work she asked us for was in addition to the original scope of work and that I had booked other jobs knowing hers was going to be done. After hearing more criticisms I got upset. Not my best day. I work very hard at providing quality service at an affordable price. My reviews will make this very clear. You wrote this review not to warn anyone. You wrote this review to hurt me. I would like to remind you that I came to your aid when others wouldn't."
