When I first met Geoff he seemd like a decent enough guy and I was looking forward to working with a contractor that seemed to actually care about the job he did and his reputation. He showed up on time and he had the necessary tools to do the job but the work he did fell far short of my expectations. The biggest problem was with the transition he installed in the laundry/bathroom door. I showed him where I wanted him to position the transition and he disregarded my instruction and incorrectly positioned the transition to the outside of the door. Not only did he incorrectly position the transition, he also put numerous dents in the transition while installing it. I later contacted him requesting that he fix the transition and he refused to do so. I even purchased a new transition so he would not have to pay for the replacement, just install the new one and he declined to fix the problem. There is other problems with the work he performed that I will also mention, when he "mudded" one of the walls in my basement, he did not use drywall tape. There are no cracks as of yet, but in the future that could definetly be a problem. The covebase molding he installed in the laundry/bathroom was also poorly secured and is now falling off the wall.

His work is meticulous and professional. My front landscape has never looked so good. He is very good about returning calls and showing up on time and his final price was right on with the initial estimate.
