+ -1 moreTom is an Energy Star representative. He came to the house and gave a lot of good advice and some printed reference material. Shortly thereafter, he sent a printed report summarizing his recommendations and reasons for them. He has readily answered questions I had later. He'll come back to test the house for leaks at the end of the rehab project. The charge is $200 after including a $75 coupon from the Energy Star program.
Description of Work: I'm rehabbing a house. I needed an inspection for insulation and energy conservation purposes.
