 + -1 moreRyan came out on a Friday and gave us an estimate. He returned the following Tuesday and Wednesday to complete the work. Ryan was on time both days and cleaned up the work area very well each day. We called Ryan two separate times, the day before he started the work and the evening between the two work days, with questions that arose. He was prompt in responding to us each time. The tile looks great and we'd definitely hire Ryan again.
Description of Work: We purchased tile and grout for our bathroom at a local tile store. We then hired Ryan to install it. The new tile was laid over the 80-year-old existing tile (rather than tearing out the existing), due to the difficulty of removing the old tile, which had been laid in a 2-3 inch bed of mortar. Ryan laid a sheet of membrane between the two layers of tiles to prevent possible cracking should the old tile shift later.

 + 0 moreThis is the 6th time for us to hire Ryan for tile work. We have used his services for over 5 years both for our home and several rental properties. He is very honest, trustworthy, punctual, artistic and creative. He does a wonderful job start to finish, including the clean up. We can always depend on Ryan for excellent results and reasonable costs.
Description of Work: Tile floors for 2 bathrooms and build a shower base and tile the entire shower (including ceiling) for one bathroom. The price includes all materials (porcelain tile) and labor.
