Dr. Hein was very supportive with our sick cat and came in during an emergency over the weekend. He followed up and performed blood tests and x-rays. He even helped assist our cat with fluids.

They were great. The vet was very very nice. The pet seemed to like them a lot. I only visited them one time but I was pleased. They have amazing veterinarians and staff and reasonable prices and you should use them.

He did a great job. What I like is they set up a satellite clinic on Wednesday and Thursday in the afternoon at my local pet store, I can't remember if it's Pet Co or Pet Smart, they set up a small clinic in there and you can take your pet over there without an appointment, they take walk-ins and there's a vet on-hold there from like 2 to 6 or something like that so it's closer for me to take my pets to the pet store than it is to go up to their clinic. You don't need an appointment so if you need any treatment or you want your pet seen or something, you could just walk in and that's the reason I went initially and then afterwards I like the vets so much that I just continue to go to him. I think they're a little high on price.

HORRIBLE!
They offered for us to buy an insurance plan for their services that they would perform which I have never heard of with a vet. After that when I went to pick up the kitten they offered for me to buy $13.99 shredder newspaper for the kitten to you but any paper would work per the administrative assistant. I explained that I had shredded paper.
They sent her home with a cone on that was too heavy for her and she could barely walk with it on. The cone was gross and still had dried stuff on it from something! And with in two days her paws were infected. After seeing that they cut her skin 3 times when they shaved her and seeing the work they did there was NO WAY we were going to take her back to them.
We did take her to a different vet who looked at her stiches from the spade and from the declaw. They were very surprised by the work and this is NOT the first time that they have seen procedures that they have done in the past. She was put on some meds for pain and the infection.
When I contacted them via mail I got a letter back which was full of lies. He stated that it is our fault because we didn't sign for the insurance, we didn't have her wormed (which has nothing to do with infection), we didn't purchase the shredded paper from them, and we were advised the the infection rate is high (30 % or more) in declaws (which is another lie because I called around and asked.). His letter was very arrogant and non professional.
