After contacting Heritage Xteriors LLC, discussing the work scope and signing a contract, the work was performed within two weeks. From the start, communication was not adequate. We specifically asked if any work is subcontracted and was told NO. However, we have since discovered that everyone is a 1099 employee (all subcontractors). We were notified by the delivery of materials as to the start date not the 'Project Manager' (salesman JoeF). We were told that our project would be supervised by Joe. Instead he delegated the supervision to his son (whom we had never met); he was MIA except to contact the insurance company half way through the project regarding the new decking and try to sell us vinyl siding. Our roof was torn off and new decking/sheeting had to be laid. The installation was improper. They buckled and damaged our aluminum siding. So instead of removing the siding they pulled it away from the house, shoved the new decking under it (buckling it) and filled in the cracks with silicone. When we had a heavy rain we had leaks. They returned; covered our back porch roof with rolled aluminum and proceeded with more silicone. When we complained, they stated that was the way it had to be and in their opinion there was nothing more to do. It was a 'design flaw'. We have owned our home for 28 years and had a local contractor replace our roof 20 years ago with never any issues prior. We had not fully paid for the job as there was a delay with the insurance reimbursement check (thank goodness). We simply stated that we were not satisfied and would not pay until we were. They returned the next day to do cosmetic adjustments. All the while avoiding the fact that there was damage and a roof full of silicone as a temporary fix. The general manager contact us and stated he was also part owner. According to their office, he is not part owner. He said if we didn't pay they would file a lien. We responded with our complaints of the lack of workmanship and temporary fix for a leaking roof. We hired a local home inspector to give us a written report as to the status of the roof. He confirmed that the roof was improperly installed and would void our warranty. He pointed out that the front siding is also damaged. Now they want paid and have filed a lien on our home. We will be obtaining a property attorney and need to find a local contractor to fix this issue. We fear that it will have to be a complete tear off in order to be covered by a warranty. What a mess!!

Excellent. All done in one day even though it was very hot. Stayed until the project was completed.

Roofing went well-siding was a little long. But good work-gutters went well.

They started at 1:00 PM & worked till dark. They were gone the next day when I got home from work. I could hardly tell they were three other than a new roof.

After a recent hail storm at my home in late July I contacted Heritage Xteriors to inspect my roof for damages. They went the extra mile in every facet of the process. They met with my insurance adjuster to make sure I was taken care of and that nothing was missed during the insurance adjustment. I have seen many other roofing companies putting on roofs in my neighborhood, but can honestly say that I really noticed a difference with Heritage. The crew was very professional and the clean up was amazing. I couldn't find a single nail left behind, and believe me I tried. The new roof and gutters look great and was finished in a day. Needless to say I would use Heritage Xteriors again, I and would recommend them to anyone.
