The overall service provided by Garibaldi Restoration Services (GRS) was very poor.
**GRS re-used existing (20 yr. old +) vinyl trim pieces that didn't match the new vinyl siding vs. using all new vinyl trim pieces as stated in the contract.**Per the GRS contract they did not complete:***Washing of windows***Washing and re-installing of shutters***Disconnected wires were not secured properly***House gutters were not re-attached properly
**We had a face to face meeting with GRS to address the short comings of work that was agreed in the contract, and they agreed to make the situation right, and later retracted their willingness to correct the issues, and instead asked for full payment for their less than satisfactory workmanship.
***We have had to take legal action and received a favorable judgement from local small claims court in the amount of $10,396.50. GRS has refused to make payment and a lein has placed on their property.
