Workers took very good care of out property removing debris. Final supervisor did a complete check around the property and found less than a handful of small debris that they had missed.

The crew they subcontracted to do the work was exceptionally professional, did great work, and we would definitely work with those men again. We had nothing but broken promises and bait and switch from Mike, our sales person at First American and we are very dissatisfied with the entire process of working with the actual employees of First American. If it were not for the subcontractor, we would rate them an F. What saved the review/ ating was the actual installers (who are not employees of First American).

I was referred by a neighbor who was also an insurance adjuster (?). He did the neighbor's roof. When I called because I had a leak, someone actually answered the phone and schedule an estimate for the next day. I got the estimate the next day and Dallas explained the problem in a very clear terms. They fixed the problem the next week. If I have to get my roof replaced again, First American will be first on my list.

To get the job down to ten grand they slashed the quality of the siding and wrap. No trim or doorknob were included in the bid. If I have to buy the supplies......it does not bring the price down. ||These guys refunded the half payment made, which I think was an outstanding move. These guys are good, but are guys you need to watch closely.

They did a great job. They were on time and cleaned up when they were done. They were very polite. They weren't the most expensive and weren't the cheapest and they did a great job.

They arrived on time, finished the work in a timely way, and did very high quality work.
First the roofers came. They re-roofed this large house in just five days.
Two weeks later the siding crew came. They did an impeccable job throughout. Quality was tops. This crew -- a different crew -- took a little longer, about two weeks. But the siding was a bigger job.
We strongly recommend them.

Theirs was not the cheapest bid that we received, but they were responsive to our questions and provided us with lots of information. In the end, even though their bid was on the high side, we went with them, because we felt comfortable that they knew what they were doing.

They came and inspected the roof and came back with an estimate in two days. The job was started within a week. The crew worked everyday until the job was finished. They cleaned up everything when they were done. The original sales person came back did a final inspection. He took pictures before and after the job was done. He showed me two shingles that they would replace if I wanted them to because they had been scraped.

They were good. We did not have any complaints with them. We were satisfied with them. We have not had any problems after this till now. Sometimes they really get tied up, but I have not had any problem.
