They did not replace the gutters that they were supposed to replace. We signed a contract with them to replace our roof. They came to us on a Thursday and had us pick a shingle so they could start on Friday to beat the rain on Tuesday. We went through 5 shingle choices to finally get to one that they had in stock. They didn't come on Friday but came the following Tuesday which was the day that it was scheduled to start raining. They said that we needed to resheet the roof. It started to rain one day and they only had one small tarp on my roof. Water ended up pouring into my house. All the ceilings had to be replaced in the house. All the wallpaper had to be replaced. The walls had to be retextured, plastered, and painted. The carpeting was ruined and had to be replaced. The attic had to be completely sucked out and reinsulated. The whole house had to be rewired because the wiring was compromised. They finished the roof and facia but never replaced the gutters that they were contracted to do. I would never recommend them to anyone. We ended up staying in a hotel for a week. All in all they ended costing us $16,000 out of pocket because of this.
