DO NOT USE THEM. Punctual and friendly. Gave verbal comments that house was better than new and told us not to worry about a moisture stain we found. Missed all the signs of water damage else where. It's going to cost thousands of fix that. Noted the chimney was good. The flashing and mortar are both bad and it needs to be redone. Missed negative slope of landscaping. After the inspection, communication was shut off despite verbal talks during through inspection that he would be glad to answer questions. Now refuseshe to refund any money or help cover the costs from items they missed. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemies. DO NOT USE THEM.
